1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FourPar3z website, mobile applications and tournament-management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in junior and collegiate golf tournaments, including registration, event scheduling and the use of our digital discovery tools. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of our services immediately.

2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

FourPar3z provides proprietary tools for tournament discovery, scoring and player management. All content, including but not limited to software, tournament data, pairings and branding, is the intellectual property of FourPar3z. Users are granted a limited license to access this information for personal, non-commercial use related to golf competition and recruitment.

• You may not scrape, crawl or use automated systems to extract tournament data or player information from our digital tools for commercial purposes.
• Users are prohibited from submitting false registration data, impersonating other players or interfering with the integrity of live scoring and awards systems.
• The reproduction or redistribution of FourPar3z tournament schedules or proprietary planning tools without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Junior Championship cancellation & refund policy

Player cancellation deadline: May 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Written cancellation requests received by this deadline are eligible for a refund of the registration payment minus the actual non-refundable payment-processing fees charged for that transaction.

Player cancellations received after May 31, 2027, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If FourPar3z cancels the event, registration payments will be refunded minus the actual non-refundable payment-processing fees charged for each transaction. Processing fees are not refunded in either case; no additional FourPar3z cancellation fee is deducted.

To request a cancellation, email info@fourpar3z.com with the player’s name, tournament name and payment confirmation. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

This policy applies to Junior Championship registrations paid on or after October 9, 2026. Earlier registrations remain subject to the terms communicated when they registered. College championship interest submissions do not collect payment.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

FourPar3z services and digital tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party tournament listings or the availability of specific event slots. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FourPar3z shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from tournament cancellations, scoring errors or your use of our digital platforms.

4. Governing Law, Changes and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Ohio.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Users will be notified of significant changes via the email address provided during registration or through a prominent notice on our platform.
